Tipuexpress.com provides reliable courier and delivery services for parcels, documents, and goods within Saudi Arabia. We are committed to safe, timely, and professional transportation of shipments entrusted to us by our customers.
Prohibited and Restricted Items
We do not accept shipments containing prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:
- Dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, corrosive, or hazardous materials) unless properly declared and compliant with regulations
- Illegal substances, weapons, ammunition, or counterfeit items
- Live animals, perishable food requiring refrigeration, or plants
- Cash, precious metals, jewelry, or high-value items exceeding declared limits
- Any items prohibited by Saudi law or international regulations
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipment complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or return any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items, at the customer’s expense.
Claims for Loss, Damage, or Delay
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but:
- Claims for damaged shipments must be reported immediately upon receipt, with clear visual evidence (photos or video) of the damage and packaging.
- Claims for lost shipments must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or a maximum of SAR 500 (whichever is lower), unless additional insurance is purchased at booking.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, traffic, customs issues, or incorrect customer information).
- No claims will be accepted without proper documentation and evidence.
Packaging and Shipment Preparation
The customer is responsible for properly packaging shipments to withstand normal handling during transport. We recommend using sturdy materials and secure sealing.
We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging, inherent defects in the goods, or improper declaration of contents. We reserve the right to inspect or repack shipments if necessary for safety.
Booking and Payment Process
Most shipments are processed on a cash-on-delivery (COD) or prepaid basis. Online payments may not be available at this time. Please double-check all shipment details (contents, value, sender/receiver addresses, and contact numbers) before confirmation, as bookings are final once accepted.
Changes to bookings after confirmation may incur additional fees.
Delivery
We strive for timely delivery, with options for same-day or next-day service in major cities like Mecca and Riyadh. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Currently, our services are limited to areas within Saudi Arabia.
Customers will receive tracking updates and shipment notifications via SMS, email, or the phone number provided. Multiple delivery attempts will be made, failed deliveries may result in return to sender at the customer’s expense.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide accurate and complete information, including sender/receiver addresses and contact details. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from incorrect information, customer absence, or inaccessible delivery locations.
The customer is responsible for complying with all customs requirements (if applicable) and paying any duties or fees.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
